1. No charges in this version

All series and episodes on XOXOdrama are currently free to watch. We do not charge for access, subscriptions, coins or unlocks, so there is nothing to refund.

2. If paid features are introduced

Should we add paid features in the future, this page will be updated before they launch to explain prices, billing, cancellation and the refund terms that apply, in line with the consumer protection laws of your country.

3. Unauthorised charges

If you see a charge from XOXOdrama that you did not expect, contact wuming@2upnova.com with the details and we will investigate.
